Jeff Allen celebrates with fans as Virgina Tech pulls off an upset and beats #1 Duke 64-60. Allen had 18 points and 15 rebounds to help the Hokies knock off the Blue Devils. It was an exciting game to say the less and Virginia Tech has a lot to celebrate for tonight!
